Why would the chick not fail to fly
When it’s been adorned with attention,
Had always lived under a watchful eye
An exquisite of almighty’s creation.
Why would the chick not fail to stand
Her two feet could never hold her upright.
Being a bird, just a pretend; this wings
Couldn’t grant her the sensation of flight.
Soon enough, life will smile its ruthless face
And call upon all who’ve lost fear, to brave.
From a nest of eight, will rise only two
Those stubborn enough to push through.
Then, will this affection pave her path ?
Or isolate her from all this hurt ?
Through this life’s sweet and sour game
Will she succeed to scratch even her name ?
Like you, there is nor will be another,
Nor anything upon earth could, your love shadow.
Love her with a reason; love her with a passion,
Not weakens, but strengthens her all the more.
So very brilliantly and practically written piece ….Thanks for sharing friend…
As always, the first one to comment. Thanks a lot..!!
A well-focused poem around a clear theme. I did find some of the grammar and the font distracting, though.
Cheers 🙂
I apologize if my grammar is not up to the mark, but English is not my first language and I’m trying. As for the font, well… I don’t plan to change the theme just for it..!!
sharp, thanks.
