Unaltered

You said a word, and I changed my speech.

For your act of kindness, I changed my deeds.

But please teach me…

How does one change his feelings?

Thoughts may change, actions may vary,

How does one alter the feeling that he carry?

Nor wind, nor rain has ever pertained,

Yet this feeling seems to have never changed.
